Our organic roasted Kukicha is made from the stems as well as the leaves of the tea plant. This tea is naturally low on caffeine and has a pleasant earthy aroma and a lightly roasted flavour with notes of peat moss and chocolate.
Brewing Instructions
Hot Brew: 1-2g of Roasted Kukicha in 300ml of 80-90°C water for 1-3min
Cold Brew: 5-7g of Roasted Kukicha in 1 l cold water for 3-4h.
