Also known as Pi Lo Chun, this loose leaf tea is renowned for its delicate appearance, fruity taste, floral aroma, showy white hairs and early cropping.
This beautifully scented tea is a blend between Chinese green tea from the province Guangxi, usually harvested in April or May and fresh jasmine buds. The jasmine buds are picked in late morning still unopened and are kept cool until the evening, when they are spread over the fresh leaves of green tea. Overnight the jasmine buds open and the drying green tea absorbs the scent.
