Mao Jian refers to the plucking standard of the tea leaves, only the hairy (mao), straight and pointy (Jian) buds are picked. The shape of this tea leaves forms the shape of a bird's beak. Mao Jian is handpicked and only high-quality leaves are used. They are gently hand-rolled and roasted to give the tea its twisted shape and dark-green colour.
The liqueur offers notes of roasted macadamia, butter, and freshly cut grass.
