This Ceremonial grade matcha is made from tea leaves grown in Sunagawa area of Shizuoka prefecture, without using any pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
Based on Yabukita, it is a blend of Midori and Tsuyu Hikari a good balance of umami, astringency and aroma.
